Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Assures Restoration of 1613 Teachers
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has announced the restoration of 1,613 affected teachers in the province, underscoring his administration’s commitment to providing employment opportunities. An important step toward settling the situation was taken when Gandapur promised delegates of the Affected Qualified Teachers Association that their issues would be taken care of during a meeting at the Chief Minister’s home.
Meeting with Teachers’ Representatives
Prominent Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) figures, including Sardar Shoaib Khan Miankhel, Syed Kamran Shah, Syed Jameel Shah, and Muhammad Nawaz Khan, the chief minister’s personal secretary, attended the meeting, which was held in Amin House.
The teachers’ delegation, led by Ajab Khan, president of the Affected Qualified Teachers Association, went to the Chief Minister to voice their complaints. Gandapur responded by stating that qualified instructors affected by earlier policies would be reinstated shortly.
Commitment to Employment and Welfare
Giving K-P residents work opportunities is still a top priority for his government, Chief Minister Gandapur stressed. “Restoring these teachers is a critical step in improving the education sector while addressing unemployment,” he said.
Gandapur promised the restored teachers that their whole service tenure would be respected going forward, despite the fact that they would not be paid for their prior service terms. This choice strikes a compromise between attempts to assist impacted educators and budgetary limitations.
Appreciation from Teachers’ Association
On behalf of the teachers, Ajab Khan conveyed gratitude, recognizing the Chief Minister’s efforts to address their long-standing problems. The instructors used the occasion to express their steadfast support for Gandapur and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and expressed gratitude to the administration for its openness to listen.
The teachers showed their support for the Chief Minister’s choice and their agreement with the PTI’s goal by chanting slogans.
Looking Ahead
An important step to strengthen Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s educational system is the reinstatement of these 1,613 instructors. It demonstrates the dedication of the provincial administration to resolving employment issues and guaranteeing that competent professionals take up their proper positions. The province’s education system is anticipated to grow and stabilize as a result of this project, which will benefit both the teachers and the kids they teach.
